Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Utilize proprietary software to provide accurate feedback to expert AI trainers
• Ensure high-quality data curation and contribute to AI model development
• Collaborate with technical teams to refine annotation tools and methodologies
• Apply general academic and analytical expertise to evaluate AI-generated and human responses
• Interpret, analyze, and review tasks based on evolving instructions

Required Qualifications:

• PhD or currently enrolled in a PhD program in any discipline (humanities, social sciences, education, law, business, arts, STEM, etc.)
• Proficiency in both informal and professional English writing
• Strong research and analytical skills with ability to navigate various information sources
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to make autonomous decisions based on limited data
• Passion for AI, innovation, and technology

Preferred Qualifications:

• Research experience with published work in a reputable journal
• Previous AI tutoring or evaluation experience
• Teaching experience (professor, teacher, or tutor)
• Experience in academic writing, journalism, or professional communication

Technical Requirements:

• Personal device supporting Windows 10 or macOS Big Sur 11.0+
• Reliable access to a smartphone
• Stable internet connection for remote work

Work Arrangement:

• Fully remote position (no visa sponsorship available)
• Variable time commitment with flexibility required
• Some evening and weekend availability needed
• Contract-based engagement
