Hunter Creek Health and Rehabilitation is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to join as Charge Nurses. Oversee clinical teams, manage individualized care plans, and support LPNs and CNAs in a resident-focused environment committed to professional growth and high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and monitor patient-centered nursing care
- Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document observations and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Effective communication and leadership
- BLS/CPR required; ACLS a plus
