About the job
Make a real difference in residents’ lives by providing personal care and support as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Prattville Health & Rehab. You’ll ensure residents’ comfort, dignity, and well-being as part of a highly valued care team in a welcoming facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility).
- Monitor and record vital signs; observe residents’ health changes.
- Foster relationships with residents and families.
- Support licensed nurses and uphold compassionate care standards.
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in the state required.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
