Become a vital part of a compassionate care team dedicated to supporting residents at Ozark Health & Rehab. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), your focus will be on providing daily assistance and ensuring the dignity and comfort of those in your care within a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care and support with daily activities (bathing, dressing, eating, mobility).
- Record and monitor vital signs; observe changes in residents’ conditions.
- Foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Collaborate with nurses and the healthcare team to promote optimal care.
- Maintain resident dignity and deliver compassionate, respectful care.
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in the state required.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
