About the job

Support residents with essential daily living activities and personal care in a welcoming long-term care and rehabilitation facility. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Legacy Health and Rehabilitation, you will help residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence while working closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, eating, grooming, and mobility.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ health and behavior.
  • Provide emotional support and maintain clean, safe environments.
  • Document care in accordance with policies.
Qualifications
  • State CNA certification required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior long-term care experience preferred.
  • Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.
