Key Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
- Monitor and report changes in resident health to nursing staff
- Provide mobility support, including transfers
- Maintain a clean, organized environment
- Document care and observations as per policy
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- CNA certification (state-specific)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience preferred, not required
- Compassion and strong communication skills
- CPR certification a plus
