Valley View Health and Rehabilitation offers a home-like environment dedicated to long-term care and rehabilitation for residents. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to enhance residents' comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to nursing staff.
  • Provide mobility assistance, transferring and repositioning residents as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents.
  • Accurately document care provided in accordance with facility policies.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to foster a caring atmosphere.
  • Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state of employment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in long-term care or related setting preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to quality care.
  • Ability to function as part of a team with variable shift schedules.
  • CPR certification is a plus.
