Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to remodeling and improving nursing and long-term care facilities across the Southeast. As a Construction Crew Member, you'll travel to different locations to ensure each site is safe, comfortable, and modern for residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to various NHS facilities for remodeling and renovation projects.
- Perform tasks including painting, patching, finishing, sheetrock installation and repair, light plumbing, fixture installation, and basic carpentry.
- Assist with demolition, clean-up, and project preparation.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to company standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in construction (painting, drywall, plumbing, carpentry).
- Ability to safely operate power tools and equipment.
- Willingness to travel regularly; must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in physically active environments.
