About the job

Play an essential role in overseeing and managing construction and maintenance projects across a network of nursing homes. As the Construction Project Supervisor, you ensure all projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement detailed construction plans for each facility.
  • Supervise and coordinate all construction, renovation, and repair work.
  • Manage budgets, crew hiring, vendor relations, and regulations compliance.
  • Travel frequently within Alabama, with occasional travel to Arkansas, Florida, and Missouri.
  • Oversee drywall, tile, plumbing, painting, HVAC, and more.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years’ multi-location construction management experience.
  • Strong project management, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
  • Familiarity with building codes, safety regs, and environmental standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
