About the job

As a CT Technician, you will deliver computed tomography imaging procedures, preparing patients and equipment, and maintaining CT department supplies. This role requires high attention to detail and adherence to set imaging protocols, as well as safe equipment operation based on documented competency and credentials. Collaboration with students from approved educational institutions is expected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and prepare patients and equipment for CT imaging procedures
  • Produce high-quality scans following established protocols
  • Operate CT equipment safely and proficiently
  • Maintain supplies and cleanliness in the CT department
  • Work with and guide students during clinical practice
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent education/experience
  • At least six months of CT experience
  • Certification in Radiography and CT with ARRT (R) (CT)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire
Competencies
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Specific vision requirements
  • Possible need to climb or balance
