About the job

Support residents' well-being by ensuring nutritional needs are met in a clean, caring environment. As a Dietary Aide at Ozark Health & Rehab, you'll contribute meaningfully to the comfort and satisfaction of individuals in long-term care, working within a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with meal and snack preparation, service, and delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and dining spaces.
  • Wash dishes, collect and store utensils and food items safely.
  • Review meal trays for accuracy based on dietary orders.
  • Follow all safety and infection control protocols.
  • Participate in team rotations, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Qualifications
  • Positive attitude, especially with older adults or those with disabilities.
  • Good understanding of written and verbal instructions in English.
  • At least 18 years old, reliable, and able to meet job requirements.
