Plan and implement individualized nutrition counseling and education services as a Dietitian, ensuring culturally competent care in alignment with state licensure standards. This position is fundamental to supporting the health and wellness of diverse populations through preventive and therapeutic nutrition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess nutritional needs for both individuals and groups
• Develop and execute tailored nutrition education and interventions
• Maintain regulatory compliance and patient confidentiality (HIPAA)
• Use electronic and manual tools for scheduling, documentation, and teaching

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
• Registration as Dietitian and state licensure required (or eligibility)
• Valid driver’s license and CPR certification
• Computer and AV equipment competency

Work Environment

• Position based in Claremore, Oklahoma
• Exposure to various healthcare settings and community events
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and manage diverse physical demands
