Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS management systems.
• Lead safety audits and compliance programs for the facility and field teams.
• Act as a primary resource for field technicians, offering safety training and support.
• Coordinate incident investigations and contribute to risk management.
• Champion environmental stewardship initiatives and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on HSE experience, ideally in manufacturing or services.
• NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent (or willingness to obtain).
• Bachelor’s degree in safety or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to support teams in the field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI experience a plus.
