Join Aspire Physical Recovery Center of West Alabama as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver compassionate, hands-on nursing care. In this role, you'll be responsible for daily clinical operations, supervising care teams, and supporting patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care per residents’ care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Supervise and mentor CNAs and other team members
- Monitor resident health and report condition changes
