Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record residents’ health status
- Assist with ADLs such as bathing and feeding
- Collaborate with therapists for rehabilitation plans
- Maintain regulatory documentation
- Educate and support residents and families
- Promote safety and infection control
Qualifications
- LPN license (active and valid)
- Proficient clinical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Compassion and patient-centered approach
- BLS/CPR certified
