Become a vital member of a dedicated healthcare team providing essential care to residents as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). This role offers the opportunity for professional development along with a supportive environment focused on both patient and team well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Measure and record patient vitals, including temperature and blood pressure
- Perform essential patient care tasks (e.g., changing bandages, inserting catheters)
- Observe, report, and document patient health and behavior changes
- Prepare patients for care, educate about procedures, and listen to concerns
- Administer prescribed medications and provide immunizations
- Mentor and guide nursing assistants (CNAs/NAs)
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in good standing
- Compliance with all Federal and State licensure requirements
- Proficient nursing competency and documentation skills
- Graduate of accredited LPN program
