Key Responsibilities
- Record patient vital signs such as temperature and blood pressure
- Provide direct patient care, including wound care and catheter placement
- Observe and report patient health status and changes
- Support and communicate with patients and their families
- Administer prescribed medications and vaccines
- Guide and collaborate with CNAs and NAs on care delivery
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing
- Meets all applicable licensing requirements
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Skilled in nursing care and electronic documentation
