About the job
Become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and provide compassionate, high-quality care in a long-term care and rehabilitation facility. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help residents recover and maintain their highest level of independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor resident health, report changes, and keep meticulous records.
- Assist with daily living activities and support rehabilitation plans.
- Work alongside RNs, physicians, and therapists.
- Promote safety and infection control throughout the facility.
- Offer education and emotional support to residents and their families.
Qualifications
- Current and valid LPN license required.
- Clinical competence, including wound care and medication administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and team-oriented.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
