Become an integral member of a dedicated healthcare team by providing hands-on nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation facility. The LPN collaborates closely with RNs, physicians, and therapists to deliver effective treatments and ensure residents’ well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and report residents’ health status
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Document care and progress according to regulations
- Support residents and families with education and guidance
- Uphold infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active LPN license
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Experience in medication administration and wound care
- BLS/CPR certification
