About the job
Provide clinical leadership as an LPN Charge Nurse in a family-focused, home-like environment on PRN float shifts. Oversee daily clinical activities, administer treatments, and mentor CNAs to ensure residents receive quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor vitals and perform basic care tasks
- Observe and report health changes to supervisory staff
- Administer medications and immunizations
- Prepare residents for care procedures and explain treatments
- Mentor and support CNAs to maintain high standards of patient care
- Maintain detailed electronic medical records
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- Proficiency with electronic medical records
- Compassionate approach and strong nursing skills
