Serve as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care. Work within a caring team, assisting with daily patient care needs and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Take and record patient vital signs.
- Perform basic care tasks such as dressing changes and catheter insertions.
- Observe and communicate patient health changes to supervising staff.
- Administer medications and immunizations as prescribed.
- Mentor and support CNA and nursing assistant colleagues.
Qualifications
- Current LPN license (meets all federal and state requirements).
- Graduate of accredited LPN program.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records.
