Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate restorative care according to residents' assessments and care plans
  • Supervise and guide staff delivering restorative services
  • Participate in the MDS/RAI process and develop care plans
  • Liaise between therapy and nursing departments
  • Evaluate residents’ conditions and refer to physicians as needed
  • Uphold and interpret restorative care policies for all stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Current nursing license in good standing
  • Meets all Federal and State requirements
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Patient, enthusiastic, and positive attitude toward elderly and disabled populations
