Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical exams and diagnose/treat acute and chronic conditions
- Develop individualized care plans addressing medical, physical, and psychological needs
- Prescribe medications and order/interpret diagnostic tests
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists
- Educate residents and families on health conditions and treatments

Qualifications
- Active NP certification focused on geriatrics
