Assist in delivering physical therapy treatments in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, supporting patient recovery and functional improvement in collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapist-designed treatment plans for residents and outpatients
• Support recovery and promote independence in activities of daily living
• Educate patients and families about therapy and wellness strategies
• Document therapy sessions and resident progress
• Work closely with nursing, social services, and other caregivers

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license for the state
