This is an exciting leadership opportunity to guide the Internal Medicine Residency Program at a respected regional hospital. The role combines administrative, educational, and clinical responsibilities while developing and overseeing residency program operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee curriculum development and accreditation for the residency program
• Recruit, appoint, and evaluate program faculty
• Supervise and mentor residents during patient care rotations
• Participate in didactic and educational activities
• Provide hands-on clinical supervision half-time
• Ensure compliance with ACGME program requirements
• Lead the recruitment process for new residents

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine (U.S.)
• Minimum 3 years of documented administrative and/or academic experience
• Strong desire to teach and mentor residents
