Join a dynamic, fast-paced urgent care setting as a Physician Assistant with HealthCARE Express, serving a diverse patient population with a supportive, growth-oriented team. You'll deliver comprehensive medical care, perform a variety of procedures, and play a leadership role in fostering a positive, educational clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient exams and take detailed histories
- Order and interpret lab tests
- Perform minor procedures and prescribe treatments
- Accurately maintain electronic medical records
- Uphold infection control and patient safety standards
- Mentor and guide junior clinical staff
- Participate in cross-training and team support
Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant
- At least two years of urgent care, family practice, or emergency experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
- Willing to engage in onboarding training
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
