Join a leading hospital system in Phoenix offering a purely inpatient OB/GYN Hospitalist position, designed for physicians seeking a structured hospital-based practice without outpatient or on-call duties. Operate in a fast-paced, high-acuity labor and delivery environment with multidisciplinary support for meaningful clinical impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both low- and high-risk labor and deliveries
- Perform cesarean sections, vaginal births, and emergent gynecologic procedures
- Provide inpatient OB/GYN consultations and emergency evaluations
- Collaborate closely with L&D, anesthesia, and maternal-fetal medicine teams
- Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives
Scheduling
- 7 in-house 24-hour shifts per month, or 12-hour flexible shifts
- No outpatient clinic or take-home call required
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly compensation: $135/hour
- Sign-on and relocation bonus ($20,000-$40,000)

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree; Board Certified/Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency
