Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient medical care, focusing on chronic disease management and preventive care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to improve patient outcomes
• See a manageable volume of 12–16 patients per day in a patient-centered setting
• Participate in quality initiatives and maintain accurate medical records

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree, Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Licensed or eligible to practice in Texas
• Experience with Medicare Advantage, HEDIS, and value-based care preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary ($225,000–$315,000) with potential 30% annual bonus
