Provide essential diagnostic imaging for podiatry patients within a collaborative healthcare team. This technician role involves patient care, high-quality X-ray imaging, and technical operation of radiologic equipment, ensuring safety and comfort throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-rays for foot and ankle conditions
• Ensure accurate imaging and patient positioning
• Operate, maintain, and monitor radiographic equipment
• Maintain meticulous records and comply with safety regulations
• Work closely with podiatrists and other staff
• Support patient scheduling and education on imaging procedures

Qualifications

• Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
• State radiography license
• Experience in podiatric or musculoskeletal imaging preferred
• Basic CPR and First Aid
• Interpersonal skills for patient interaction

Preferred Skills

• Podiatry or orthopedic imaging experience
• EHR and imaging software proficiency
