You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, operations, customer success, and clinical leadership to build products that improve financial performance and operational efficiency for healthcare providers.
Job Responsibilities:

Conduct user research with billers, coders, revenue cycle leaders, and payers to understand pain points and define solutions.
-
Define, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap and backlog using Agile methodologies.
-
Collaborate with engineering and UI/UX teams to build intuitive, compliant, and scalable products.
-
Ensure seamless integration with EHRs, clearinghouses, payer portals, and practice management systems.

Monitor key product metrics (e.g., claim rejection rate, days in A/R, collection rate) and use data to drive enhancements.
-
Stay current with healthcare and RCM regulatory changes (e.g., CMS, HIPAA, ICD/CPT updates).
-
Provide product training and support to internal stakeholders and end-users.
-
Drive go-to-market strategies, in partnership with marketing and sales teams.
Education Necessary for Position:
- Bachelor's degree required
Experience & Skills Necessary for Position:

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
-
3–6 years of experience in product management, ideally in a healthcare or RCM software setting.

Deep understanding of RCM workflows including eligibility, coding, billing, denials, and collections.
-
Experience working with cross-functional Agile product teams.

Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
