Cordova Health And Rehabilitation LLC invites Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our care team for the evening shift in a supportive long-term and rehabilitation facility. You'll provide patient-centered care, supervise nursing assistants, and collaborate on individualized plans that promote recovery and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care and monitor residents' health
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the clinical team
- Educate residents and families about care plans
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance
- Promote a safe and positive environment
- Mentor nursing assistants
Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Geriatric/rehab care experience preferred
- Teamwork and communication strengths
- BLS/CPR certification required
