This Respiratory Therapist role welcomes both new graduates and experienced professionals to provide respiratory care at Mayo Clinic Health System facilities in Southeast Minnesota. The position involves direct patient care, utilizing critical thinking and clinical skills to deliver respiratory therapy services in hospital settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply advanced respiratory care techniques for diverse patient needs
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for quality improvement
• Participate in emergency and routine respiratory interventions
• Maintain all regulatory licensure and certifications

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• National Board for Respiratory Care Registered Respiratory Therapist certification (RRT)
• Valid Minnesota Respiratory Therapist License (LRT)
• Life support certifications as required
• Effective communication and independent judgement skills
