Civic Center Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a long-term and rehabilitation setting. The RN will work closely with interdisciplinary teams, manage care plans, and support residents' well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care and supervision
- Assess and monitor residents’ health and progress
- Administer medications and treatments
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for individualized care plans
- Provide education to residents and families
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Experience or interest in geriatric and rehabilitative care
- Communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS a plus)
