Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a leading long-term care and rehabilitation environment at Legacy Health and Rehabilitation in Pleasant Grove. Build long-term relationships while supporting residents’ health, recovery, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care and assess residents regularly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Offer education and support to residents and their families.
- Supervise nursing assistants and ensure quality of care.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license and strong clinical skills.
- Experience in geriatric or rehab care is a plus.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- BLS/CPR required; ACLS a plus.
