About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver patient-centered nursing care, ensuring the health and well-being of residents in coordination with a collaborative healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and support to residents.
- Monitor and document residents' health status and respond to changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other professionals on individualized care plans.
- Educate residents and families about care and health matters.
- Supervise nursing assistants and ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain regulatory documentation and compliance.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS a plus.
