About the job

Valley View Health and Rehabilitation provides comprehensive care in a supportive, home-like environment. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver high standards of nursing in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered nursing care to residents.
  • Assess, monitor, and document health status and progress.
  • Administer medications and treatments following prescribed protocols.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for care planning.
  • Educate and support residents and their families.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing assistants.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet regulatory standards.
Qualifications
  • Current valid RN license.
