Join a leading long-term care and rehabilitation facility dedicated to compassionate, high-quality healthcare. The Registered Nurse (RN) role centers on supporting residents’ well-being and independence through expert nursing care in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care as part of the RN team
- Monitor residents’ conditions, perform assessments, and document changes
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and fellow nurses to implement care plans
- Educate residents and families about health conditions and care plans
- Maintain compliant documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)
- Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and support staff
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in relevant state
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in geriatric, long-term, or rehabilitation care preferred
- Knowledge of clinical protocols and regulations
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS is a plus
