About the job

Be part of a compassionate, multidisciplinary team providing nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation facility. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll deliver person-centered care, supervise staff, and contribute to residents' recovery and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-focused nursing care
  • Assess and document residents’ conditions
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams on individualized care plans
  • Educate residents and families on conditions and care
  • Maintain accurate electronic records
  • Supervise and support direct care staff
Qualifications
  • Active RN license (new graduates welcome)
  • Geriatric/rehabilitation experience preferred
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • BLS/CPR required
