Join a highly regarded long-term care and rehabilitation facility as a Registered Nurse (RN), providing patient-centered, compassionate nursing care for residents working toward independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on nursing care and supervise CNAs and support staff
- Monitor and document resident conditions and changes
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Coordinate care plans with physicians and therapists
- Educate residents and families on health management
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Geriatric or rehabilitation experience preferred, but new grads welcome
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- BLS/CPR required; ACLS a plus
