About the job
Deliver high-quality nursing care as a Registered Nurse in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. Become part of a mission-driven team focused on helping residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care and administer medications
- Assess and document residents’ health status
- Collaborate with physicians and therapists on care plans
- Educate residents and their families
- Maintain accurate, compliant EMR documentation
- Supervise and support CNAs and care staff
Qualifications
- Active RN license (state specific)
- New graduates welcome; geriatric/long-term care experience preferred
- Proficiency in clinical protocols and documentation
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS a plus)
