Contribute your nursing expertise to a leading rehabilitation and long-term care center in Northport, AL. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, with opportunities for professional growth and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting
- Assess, monitor, and document residents' conditions and progress
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to residents and their families
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation
- Foster a therapeutic environment for residents
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented and compassionate approach
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS a plus)
