Moundville Health & Rehabilitation is looking for compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) for float and night shifts. Lead nursing staff, coordinate care plans, mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and ensure the best standards of quality care for residents in a supportive, interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care in long-term care and rehabilitation settings
- Assess and document residents' health and progress
- Administer medications and treatments
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans
- Educate and support residents and families
- Supervise and mentor nursing assistants
Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS a plus
