Be a key leader as an RN Shift Supervisor at Sumter Health & Rehabilitation, managing nursing operations during weekend rotations. Oversee clinical staff, ensure care continuity, and help deliver high-quality patient outcomes in a well-supported facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and direct weekend nursing operations
- Oversee staffing, admissions, and quality assurance
- Mentor and supervise Charge Nurses, LPNs, CNAs, and Med Techs
- Address resident care needs and documentation
- Assist in evaluation and counseling of nursing staff
- Coordinate with Director of Nursing as needed
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse in good standing
- Familiarity with nursing standards and medical practices
- Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy required
- Leadership experience
