As an RN Weekend Supervisor in Ocala, you'll oversee nursing operations for a respected long-term care facility, driving quality care and staff leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and direct nursing department operations during scheduled shifts
- Ensure quality and regulatory compliance
- Supervise and support staff including CNAs, LPNs, and other nurses
- Conduct compliance rounds and address resident needs

Qualifications
