About the job

Supervise and coordinate nursing services during specified shifts as an RN Weekend Supervisor. Ensure the highest practicable level of quality care and oversee staff in compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and supervise nursing staff and care delivery during assigned shifts
  • Organize and implement departmental programs with the DON
  • Ensure accurate documentation, patient admissions, and discharge planning
  • Conduct rounds and ensure quality standards are maintained
  • Address staff scheduling and coordinate resident services
  • Support and train nursing services staff
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse in good standing
  • At least 3 years of nurse management or supervisory experience
  • Previous experience in hospital or long-term care settings
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and assessment skills
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of electronic documentation
