Join Athens Health and Rehabilitation to lead as a Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor in a resident-focused care facility. You'll oversee patient care delivery, supervise nursing staff, and coordinate with the Director of Nursing to maintain high standards and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, develop, and support nurse staff
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance and infection control
- Communicate physician care instructions to staff
- Make rounds to assess and document resident care
- Ensure unit compliance with regulations and policies
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Alabama
- 2 years nursing experience; 1 year supervisory
- Experience in long-term or geriatric care preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
