Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to determine appropriate speech therapy interventions.
• Develop individualized care plans using available resources and tools.
• Communicate effectively with care teams, patients, families, and payors.
• Deliver high-quality, skilled therapy and supervise supporting staff.
• Document care delivery in an electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Foster teamwork and contribute positively to company culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Speech-Language Pathology license and valid driver's license.
• One year of relevant experience (preferred).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and technology skills.
