Coordinate and optimize nursing schedules at Valley View Health and Rehabilitation as a Staff Development Scheduling Nurse. This leadership role ensures adequate staffing to meet all resident care needs and supports nurse development and onboarding.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive nursing and CNA schedules.
  • Collaborate with nurse managers for effective staffing.
  • Communicate shift changes and staffing needs to staff.
  • Monitor and adjust staffing for resident safety and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct interviews and assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse license in Alabama.
