Take on a leadership role as an RN Unit Manager in a skilled nursing facility, overseeing patient care and guiding the nursing staff to ensure high standards of clinical practice and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop nursing staff in quality assurance and patient care
- Liaise between residents, families, and nursing staff
- Oversee compliance with federal and state standards and company policies
- Delegate nursing and therapeutic procedures
- Perform regular rounds to assess condition and care quality
- Assist in infection control and utilization review
Qualifications
- Current registered nurse (R.N.) license in the state
- At least 2 years of nursing and 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
