Enhance the lives of children with autism as a Child Interventionist/Behavior Technician in Austell, Georgia. This permanent, part-time role focuses on implementing individualized behavior intervention plans in collaboration with families, with the goal of building communication and self-care skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing ABA-based treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Record and report daily progress and behaviors
- Manage challenging behaviors in clients
- Promote skill acquisition and independence in children
- Maintain confidentiality and follow organizational policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with children preferred
- Positive attitude and passion for working with families
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a web-enabled device
- Must pass a criminal background check
Compensation & Work Structure
- $20–28 per hour, part-time (12–20 hours/week)
- Commitment for at least 6–7 months required
