Enhance the lives of children with autism as a Child Interventionist/Behavior Technician in Austell, Georgia. This permanent, part-time role focuses on implementing individualized behavior intervention plans in collaboration with families, with the goal of building communication and self-care skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing ABA-based treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Record and report daily progress and behaviors
• Manage challenging behaviors in clients
• Promote skill acquisition and independence in children
• Maintain confidentiality and follow organizational policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with children preferred
• Positive attitude and passion for working with families
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a web-enabled device
• Must pass a criminal background check

Compensation & Work Structure

• $20–28 per hour, part-time (12–20 hours/week)
• Commitment for at least 6–7 months required
• Weekday availability needed
